Sub Compact board: GENE-9315
The GENE-9315 adopts the onboard Intel® AtomTM N270 processor accompanied by the Intel® 945GSE + ICH7M chipset. Features include support for 200-pin SODIMM DDRII 400/533 system memory, up to 2GB in capacity. For high speed network communications, this SBC features the Intel® 82574L which supports two 10/100/1000Base-TX Ethernet ports. Also included are six USB 2.0, one Parallel, three RS-232, one RS-232/422/485, one PS/2 Keyboard, one Mouse and 8-bit programmable digital I/O ports. In addition, operating system and data storage implementation can take advantage of the one SATA and one Type II CompactFlashTM connectors.

Embedded Controller: AEC-6821
The AEC-6821 features the AMD Geode TM LX 800 500MHz processor and optional system memory DDR RAM SODIMM (up to 512MB). It deploys two 10/100Base-TX RJ-45 connectors that provide fast network connections, one PCMCIA, and one isolated COM port for flexible expansion options. This unit also offers four USB 2.0 ports, VGA, Audio, Keyboard and Mouse, and Parallel and CompactFlash slots that makes this model a very versatile transportation engine.

ETX CPU Module: ETX-945GSE
This multi-functioned ETX CPU Module completes the product line of AAEON’s ETX CPU module series by being the first Intel® Atom™ N270 processor installed on a product in AAEON’s ETX form factor line. The ETX-945GSE comes with a memory slot for a 200-pin DDR II 400/533 SODIMM, so the lower power performance of the Atom™ processor can be enhanced with up to 2GB of system memory. Ethernet communication at 10/100Base-T is supported by the onboard Intel® EP82562ET chipset and system communication can be designed in using the ETX-945GSE’s support for one parallel port, two RS-232 serial ports and four USB 2.0 ports. This ETX module will also support two IDE storage devices on the carrier board as well as two SATA II devices that can connect directly to the module.

Half-Size CPU Module: HSB-945P
The HSB-945P utilizes the Intel® 945GSE and ICH7M chipset in order to support the Intel® AtomTM 1.6 GHz processor. The SBC has one SODIMM socket for one 200-pin DDR II SODIMM for system memory, up to 1 GB. Network communications is achieved with the option of having Ethernet devices 10/100Base-T Intel® 82562GZ and 10/100/1000Base-T Intel® 82573L or dual 10/100/1000Base-T devices Intel® 82573L and Intel® 82574L. The HSB-945P uses the Intel® 945GSE and Chrontel 7307 to support simultaneous CRT & LCD displays and the integrated Intel® GMA950 Graphics Engine to be utilized for enhanced graphics and 3D rendering. Moreover, the HSB-945P has one DB15 VGA and one DVI interface through a box header. An optional AC97 codec daughter board can be installed onto the HSB-945P in order to allow the SBC to support audio for multimedia applications.
